Beauty. Body. Revolution

Beauty. Body.

I am here to help my clients understand the impact of the mind-body connection. The treatments I offer not only affect the surface of your skin but also what is underneath.

By using touch, there are many systems in the body that are affected. Not only the skin and the central nervous systems, but touching the skin encourages blood circulation and lymphatic flow. Each of these systems plays a key role in regenerative health and wellness.

By stimulating blood circulation through variations of relaxing or deep massage, oxygen and nutrients are delivered to your body's skin cells, promoting skin health from the inside out. Through the light touch of lymphatic therapy, toxins are removed, your immune response is increased and the central nervous system is calmed, allowing the body to enter a parasympathetic state. In the parasympathetic state, the body is at rest and begins to recover and repair and regenerate.

I choose to work with DMK because DMK products are the only ones in the world that coincide with the above mentioned philosophy and use communication enzymes to enhance the skin's own functions.

DMK products directly affect skin structure and function at the cellular level, focusing on improving the long-term health of the skin, not on quick superficial fixes. DMK Enzyme Therapy keep the skin active and functioning optimally.

Beauty beyond the surface

I specialise in manual lymphatic therapy because I believe that the best results come from working on both the body and the mind at the same time. In addition to lymphatic therapy techniques, I use a variety of touch and massage therapy techniques in my treatments.

Touch therapy has a positive impact on your mental and emotional well-being. I strongly believe that touch can help relieve symptoms of depression and improve mood by triggering the release of endorphins, the body's natural feel-good chemicals.

Touch therapy also promotes a sense of connection and trust between me and my clients, allowing open communication and a deeper understanding of the client's needs and concerns. Through this connection, a stronger client-therapist relationship is established and treatment outcomes are also improved.

My aim is to create a safe space to relax and reduce emotional tension through nurturing and comforting touch.

Revolution.

Before a flower can bloom, the plant needs the right soil, sunlight, water and fertiliser to grow. External factors such as sunlight and good soil alone are not enough; the plant also needs internal nutrients and water to flower.

We humans also need internal nutrients to flourish. For us, nutrients are not only food and water, but also acceptance, the touch of another human being and a sense of security.

For me personally, the "revolution" in skincare has been understanding this holistic approach; our external appearance is significantly influenced by our emotions and the functioning of our body's lymphatic, circulatory and nervous systems.

I want to encourage my clients to take a holistic approach to skincare, focusing on the overall health of the skin and the impact of lifestyle factors rather than just treating the outer skin.
